About the event
12 evenings of mindful awareness of plants, what they are telling us, how to find food, medicine, colour, bioconstruction and bioaccumulation plants on your doorstep. This is ideally for the corporates wanting to rewild in a time of screens.
Each of the 12 sessions will be a focus on a few plants within the topics of medicinal uses of plants, colours for paper and textiles, trees, lichens, soils/roots & seeds, berries.
Samm Lewis, herbal tea maker, coach and artist, combines modern science with folk stories and creativity to remind people during life transitions of their roots.
Samm has been hosting plant identification walks in Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France since 2018. Her focus is on how to become self-resilient in a time when there is more interest in the functional uses of plants, she is currently writing a book on plant uses in Europe.
