DIJESTIVO
Digest, Release & Reset
Product Summary
DIJESTIVO is a loose-leaf herbal infusion created by Her Belle Tease, inspired by the Italian tradition of the digestivo and the idea that sometimes we need to digest more than food. A warming, aromatic blend of liquorice, ginger, melissa, cinnamon, mint, fennel, nettle, rosemary, bergamot, oats, angelica, burdock, yarrow and birch brings together bitter, sweet, spicy and refreshing botanicals.
Crafted for moments when life feels like it has been sitting heavily in the stomach, DIJESTIVO invites you to slow down, settle in and make a little more room — for food, thought and everything else.

Story Behind The Blend
DIJESTIVO was born from a simple observation: sometimes the stomach is carrying more than lunch.
Inspired by the Italian digestivo — that small, deliberate moment after eating to pause, talk, wander and let the evening unfold — this blend explores the relationship between digestion, stress and the body's intuitive centre.
Angelica, fennel, mint and ginger bring aromatic freshness and spice. Cinnamon adds warmth, while bergamot gives the blend its bright citrus lift. Oats soften the profile, and liquorice adds a rounded sweetness. Burdock, birch, nettle and yarrow bring bitter, green and earthy notes, while rosemary and melissa connect the blend back to the aromatic traditions of the Mediterranean.
DIJESTIVO is about digesting the day — not just what you ate, but what you experienced.
Traditional Herbal Context
Many of the botanicals in DIJESTIVO have longstanding histories within European, Mediterranean and culinary herbal traditions.
Fennel, mint, ginger and cinnamon have traditionally been enjoyed after meals and incorporated into culinary and herbal preparations across different cultures. Melissa has a long history in European herbal practice, while rosemary and bergamot are closely associated with Mediterranean botanical traditions.
Burdock, nettle, yarrow and birch have also featured in European herbal traditions, while oats have long been valued as a nourishing grain and traditional food.
Angelica has a particularly long history within European herbalism, where its aromatic root has traditionally been used in bitters and digestive preparations.
These historical and cultural uses are provided for educational purposes and are not intended as medical claims.

Digestive Reflection
Prepare your tea slowly.
Before taking the first sip, ask yourself:
What am I still trying to digest?
It might be food.It might be a conversation. It might be a decision. It might simply be Tuesday.
Let the cup become a pause between taking something in and deciding what you actually want to keep.
