SILENT FOREST — Friendship, Memory & Wild Connection

Product Summary

SILENT FOREST is a loose-leaf herbal infusion created by Her Belle Tease as a botanical thank-you to a dear friend who returned to his birch forest. The blend brings together juniper, bay, calendula, rosehip, rosemary, Icelandic moss, malva, nettle, pink pepper and butterfly pea tea as a collection of memories held in plants, landscapes and shared adventures.

Crafted to evoke northern forests, sunlit clearings, dunes and blue skies, SILENT FOREST is a tea about friendship, gratitude and the places we carry with us long after we leave them.

Story Behind The Blend

SILENT FOREST began with a gift.

A dear friend went home to his birch forest and left behind a piece of that landscape. The tea became a way of saying thank you, not simply for the bark, but for the memories, landscapes and experiences held between two people.

Every botanical carries part of the story.

Calendula recalls forest clearings illuminated by sun. Bay carries the happiness of long walks and the generosity of giving. Juniper evokes the clean clarity of northern forests.

Rosehip remembers rose petals eaten together among the dunes. Rosemary holds the memory of friendship and connection. Icelandic moss reflects a musician whose beats became like a heartbeat when sleeping in other birch forests.

Malva represents finding water and making tea in the wild. Nettle carries the minerals and nourishment needed for future adventures. Pink pepper is a reminder that love is infinite.

And butterfly pea brings the blue of open skies above green meadows, a landscape of friendship held in a cup.

SILENT FOREST is therefore less a recipe than a map of shared memory.

Traditional Herbal Context

Many of the botanicals in SILENT FOREST have long histories within European, Mediterranean and traditional herbal practices.

Juniper and bay have been valued for centuries for their aromatic qualities and culinary uses. Rosemary has a particularly strong association with remembrance in European cultural traditions, while calendula and rosehip have long histories in European herbal preparations.

Nettle and mallow have also been traditionally gathered as useful wild plants, while birch has a deep cultural history across northern Europe.

Butterfly pea has longstanding culinary and cultural uses in Southeast Asia, particularly as a natural blue botanical colour.

These historical and cultural uses are provided for educational purposes and are not intended as medical claims.

Elemental Reflection

Make the tea somewhere quiet.

As the colour develops, think of a place that makes you feel completely yourself.

Who introduced you to that place?

What did you learn there?

What part of it still lives inside you?

Sip slowly and allow the landscape to return.

Some friendships become places.
